Description
Rabbit is the meat your great-grandparents knew and most of the county forgot — mild, tender, and leaner than chicken. Ours are raised right here at the farm, grown out at their own pace, and handed over fully processed and ready for the pot.
Reservations only: $25 a rabbit, your name holds your order, no deposit. If you’ve never cooked one, start with our cacciatore for a Sunday, or the rabbit pot pie if your family swears they don’t like rabbit — everybody likes pot pie.
