Description
These birds are raised on pasture at our farm in Norwich — moved to fresh grass, out in the sun and the weather, growing at their own pace. That’s why they’re ready at the end of October and not in six weeks, and it’s why they taste the way chicken used to taste.
Reserving is simple: your name holds your bird, no deposit, and we hand it over fully processed and ready for the oven. Priced $20–25 by size. One bird is honestly three meals — the roast (our one-pan recipe is the way to start), then sandwiches, then a pot of broth from the carcass. Nothing wasted.
