For the freezer stockers: we’ve partnered with our friends at Ortman Farms on bulk pork and beef, so you can fill a chest freezer with locally raised meat without driving all over the county. Availability and cuts change through the season, so message us with what you’re after — a quarter, a half, or a mixed bundle — and we’ll get you a current quote.

If you’ve never bought in bulk: it’s the cheapest per-pound way to eat well all winter, and a full freezer is a good feeling in January. Try the cabbage rolls with the ground pork and beef — that’s what we do with ours.
